Cancellation Policy
At La Dolce Vita Boston Events], we take pride in providing exceptional service and preparing for every event with care and commitment. To help us maintain the quality of our services and fairly allocate resources, we have established the following cancellation policy:
All Sales Are Final: Due to the nature of our planning and preparation process, all payments made are non-refundable. This includes deposits and final balances.
Rescheduling: While payments are non-refundable, we understand that plans can change. In the event of a cancellation, we are happy to offer one opportunity to reschedule your event for a future date within 6 months of the original event date. Rescheduling is subject to availability, and we will do our best to accommodate your preferred new date.
No-Shows or Last-Minute Cancellations: If no notice is given and our team arrives at the venue without being able to proceed, the event will be considered a cancellation, and no rescheduling or refund will be offered.
Emergency or Weather-Related Cancellations: If your event must be postponed due to unforeseen emergencies or severe weather, we will work with you to reschedule within the 6-month window, based on availability.
We appreciate your understanding and support. This policy allows us to continue delivering high-quality, personalized experiences while protecting the time and effort our team invests into every event. If you have any questions or would like to discuss your event in more detail, please reach out—we're here to help!
